Frida is blessed with amazing insights and guidance, being drawn to her spirituality about ten years ago. Since that time Frida’s inner guidance has developed in extraordinary ways. Being able to become one with spirit, see the most amazing symbols, hear whispers from Divine Beings and allowing the powerful synchronicity to guide her along her current path.
She became interested in doing energy work in order to bring and anchor more light and love into the planet. Connecting with angelic beings for guidance and using Reiki, crystals, sacred wisdom and holistic massage to balance and empower others with their own sense of Higher Being.
She believes a true Master encourages and inspires independence and self-nurturing within others. Frida helps others to find their own power and discover their golden talents and divine gifts. These divine energies need to become grounded and balanced, helping people to integrate their shadow side and bring balance and joy into their lives.
Frida’s work in the holistic field is varied and tapered to the individual’s need. She is connected in anchoring the Divine Feminine, especially the Magdalena energies. This is achieved through healing and another artistic medium, silk painting. Being guided as to what each piece should depict and especially guided for selected silks for individuals with particular messages for them on how to use these silks. Through this process, they connect with their inner child and are filled with joy and a sense of play. In a great deal of cases, adults have become too serious with their commitments and responsibilities. They need to let go and not be too critical about themselves and others, accepting that we are here to make the most out of life.
